Herts Swim Coach operates from The Venue Leisure Centre in Borehamwood — one of Hertfordshire's best-equipped leisure facilities, with a 25-metre pool and dedicated lane sessions for coached swimming.

We hire lanes directly so our coaches can run focused, uninterrupted sessions. Whether you're training for a triathlon, improving your technique, or getting back into serious swimming — you get a proper coaching environment, not a public lane share.

Off the A1 Elstree Way. Paid parking on site. 10 min from J23 M25, 5 min from Radlett, 8 min from Bushey.
By train
Elstree & Borehamwood station (Thameslink) — 5 min walk. Direct trains from St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink.

All three coaching formats run from The Venue. Enquire and we'll match you with the right coach and session type for your goals.

1-to-1
Coaching

Dedicated poolside coaching in a hired lane. Full stroke assessment, technique correction and a programme built around you. All levels welcome.

Squad
Sessions

Coached group sessions weekday mornings 6:30–8:30am. Adults 18+. Entry level 400m continuous. Progressive weekly blocks with poolside coaching throughout.

Video
Analysis

Above-water stroke analysis using mobile or tablet poolside. Side-on and front-facing footage with frame-by-frame technique breakdown and a written report.
